We sing a lot around here, a LOT. The songs we sing are many times made up and nonsensical and we don't often sing in tune, but we sure have fun. Of course we also sing traditional (and some non-traditional) kids songs. A current favorite for both of the girls is "Row Row Row Your Boat." That song used to be a bedtime favorite for Millie, but now it's a more active song :).

I'm not the only one who walks around making up songs throughout the day either, Millie also likes to put her day to music, be it made up songs or a classic. She has also started using Scott's guitar stand as a microphone. We're not quite sure where she learned what a microphone is or how it is used, but she's got the moves down! (the best I can figure is from a toy catalog...). Here's our little Mick Jagger in training doing a soulful version of the "ABC's" :).
***note: we were working on potty training this particular day, hence the bare bottom ;). Somehow it makes the look all the more authentic!
