At 5 months old, Merrill is most often described as sweet. And she really is. Her smile and laugh are infectious and eagerly sought by everyone who interacts with her. Millie might get the most laughs (laughs elicited by tickles excluded!). Merrill is rolling all over the place now -- she just goes until she runs into something, then goes back the other way. She is doing a great job sitting up, especially when she has something to play with and has started joining us at the dinner table in the high chair. She's not eating foods yet, but she likes being a part of all the action. She loves to play with things now; grabs for everything and then generally puts it straight in her mouth.
Merrill got shots yesterday. Unfortunately our trip only involved shots -- we didn't even get measurements :(. The shots have not agreed with her this time, she's been running a fever and feeling kind of cruddy since last night. Hopefully she'll feel better tomorrow so we can go see Santa!!
