My dad returned from his 2 + week adventure in Peru on Sunday and we all got to be there to greet him when he got home. It was so sweet to hear the girls shout "Grandpa's home! Grandpa's home!" and come thundering down the stairs from the bedroom they were playing in as soon as they saw Brandon's car pull into the driveway. They raced out the door to greet him. I think it was at least 5 minutes before he actually got to make his way over to my mom to tell her hello. It's exciting to watch my dad take these trips and to live through him as he does, but boy do we sure like to have him home again. Welcome home, dad! We love you!
